後記：

Three strike 其實是棒球比賽中的三振的意思，通常三振代表這個打擊手已經錯失兩次能打球的機會，每次都會得的一個好球，第三次就要被判出局了。

其實在美國有一個Three-strike-law，中文可能叫做三振出局法案。

簡單來說，就是每個人一樣有三個好球，當你犯了兩次重罪後，第三次你就會被三振出局，也就是終身監禁(或是大幅延長監禁的時間、跟失去假釋的權利等等)。
